Delivery charge (per order): £3.35
Delivery is currently available to Europe
Order Times
London: Orders made for London areas are usually dispatched the next day
National: Orders made for the UK mainland are dispatched within 5 working days
Scotland: Orders made for Scotland areas are dispatched within 10 working days
Europe: Orders made for Europe areas are dispatched within 10 working days
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm
Holidays
Orders will be processed on 3 Bank Holidays per year, Easter Monday, Late May (Summer) and August Bank Holidays and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day. Deliveries will also be made on these days within the M25 for orders received the previous working day unless advised otherwise.
Further Information
Additional charges may apply if delivery instructions incur Bandari Ya Pombe LTD any extra costs e.g. Specified vehicle size, two-man delivery, out of hours delivery times or single products per pallet.
Duty-Free orders may require an additional 24 hours processing time to comply with HMRC regulations. These deliveries will be made on the next scheduled delivery day.
All goods are carried under the current terms and conditions of The Road Haulage Association.
We cannot accept any liability for missed deliveries and must reserve the right to alter delivery days without notice.
Customers can request timed deliveries consisting of a three-hour window in England, Wales, and the central belt of Scotland which Bandari Ya Pombe LTD will make best endeavours to adhere to but cannot be guaranteed. All other areas require an all-day delivery window as deliveries will be performed by third party companies.
Bandari Ya Pombe LTD will only hold the PODs/Epods(Proof of Delivery) for a maximum of 24 months from the point of delivery/collection.
LCB drivers are instructed not to deliver where a recipient appears to be under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested before carrying out the delivery
